Chef de partie Night

About the role

The Night Chef de partie will join the culinary team at Four Seasons Resort Marrakech, ensuring smooth kitchen operations during the night service. This role rotates across stations, supports menu creation, and upholds the brand’s high standards of quality and presentation.

Key responsibilities

• Follow all dress‑code and safety procedures.
• Rotate through each kitchen station during night shifts.
• Assist in developing and preparing new menus and specialty dishes.
• Verify and complete mise en place for every station.
• Communicate with the Sous‑Chef and Executive Chef regarding menus, shortages, and any issues.
• Work autonomously while maintaining consistency with standard recipes and plating.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments and respond to their needs.
• Store all items correctly at the end of each shift.
• Maintain a clean, tidy, and organized work area in line with Four Seasons standards.
• Report any incidents immediately and handle safety emergencies.
• Promote and enforce Four Seasons chain standards among team members.
• Perform any additional tasks or projects assigned by management.

Required profile

• Ability to work night shifts and rotate across kitchen stations.
• Strong autonomy and ability to work independently.
• Effective communication with senior kitchen staff.
• Commitment to maintaining high hygiene and safety standards.
