Client Relationship Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Client Relationship Specialist to drive business growth and nurture lasting relationships with our prestigious clients. You will deliver exceptional service, share expert product knowledge, and ensure a best‑in‑class experience throughout the client journey, from onboarding to portfolio management.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively reach out to leads and existing clients daily to enhance satisfaction and build strong relationships.
• Develop and execute creative strategies to acquire new clients and retain current ones.
• Guide clients through onboarding, advise on product solutions, and follow up diligently.
• Review client investment portfolios and risk profiles on a regular basis.
• Respond promptly to inquiries from all channels and keep CRM records up to date.
• Communicate product updates, market trends, and events to clients.
• Provide feedback, suggestions, and recommendations to the Client Relationship Manager and other stakeholders.
• Achieve monthly targets and complete tasks assigned by the team leader.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in the securities or FX industry, with at least 2 years in client relationship management.
• Prior exposure to financial product trading or brokerage environments is preferred.
• Minimum diploma or higher education.
• Strong interpersonal, problem‑solving, decision‑making, and presentation abilities.
• Excellent communication skills across multiple channels; proficiency in two or more languages besides English (e.g., French, Italian, Spanish, Arabic) is a plus.
• Traits such as patience, initiative, resourcefulness, perseverance, adaptability, and teamwork.

Required skills

• Knowledge of CFD products (FX, indices, bonds, metals, commodities, shares, ETFs, cryptocurrencies).
• Experience using CRM tools for lead and client management.
