About the role
IWG is seeking a Customer Service Manager to lead the performance of one of its global workspace centres. You will act as the owner of the site, ensuring every visitor receives a world‑class experience while driving revenue through tours and upselling.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee all on‑site operations and performance metrics.
- Resolve challenges and problems quickly and effectively.
- Conduct tours for prospective customers and upsell services to existing clients.
- Foster strong relationships so customers become brand ambassadors.
- Maintain high standards of service quality and workspace condition.
Required profile
- Proven experience leading a small, close‑knit team.
- Background in managing a flexible workspace centre, retail store, restaurant or similarly customer‑focused environment.
- Strong commercial mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Demonstrated drive, resilience and ownership.
