Développeur senior Odoo / Python

About the role

We are looking for a senior developer to join our team and contribute to the growth of our activities across Morocco, France, Tunisia and Africa. You will work on Odoo integration projects and other open‑source solutions, delivering high‑quality code and innovative features.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse and design detailed technical specifications for complex functionalities while respecting functional requirements.
• Develop, perform unit testing and produce technical documentation for advanced features.
• Set up tools and procedures to migrate existing modules (Python 2 to 3) and upgrade framework versions.
• Provide technical support and assistance to internal teams and clients.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing, create internal/external technical trainings and help build a reusable code base.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in Python development on the Odoo framework.
• Master’s level education in Computer Science (Bac+5) or equivalent.
• Fluent in French, English and Arabic.
• Strong analytical abilities and good writing skills.
• Passion for open‑source technologies and a proactive attitude toward code simplicity, re‑use and performance.
