Export Coordinator

About the role

The Export Coordinator ensures outbound supplies meet agreed service level agreements, balancing service, inventory and cost. Working closely with demand, planning, manufacturing and logistics teams, the role drives performance through KPI monitoring and stakeholder coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with demand & planning to achieve targeted OTIF and manage freight forwarders, customs brokers and related stakeholders.
• Maintain export documentation, monthly invoicing, and KPI reporting in SAP.
• Develop and release distribution plans (full horizon, weekly, daily) for stock transfers and ICDs.
• Monitor inventory levels, MRP parameters and warehouse capacity, ensuring master data accuracy.
• Lead gate‑keeping meetings with internal departments and provide performance metrics.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in logistics or supply planning.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Effective communication in English (written and spoken).
• Basic proficiency with MS Office.
• Experience with an ERP system, preferably SAP.
• Analytical mindset, strong time‑management and customer‑care orientation.
