Host/Hostess – Guest Experience & Operations Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a professional Host/Hostess to be the first point of contact for our restaurant guests. The role focuses on delivering a warm, elegant welcome while coordinating reservations, table allocation, and the overall flow of service to uphold our luxury hospitality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests in a courteous, brand‑aligned manner and escort them to their tables.
• Manage reservations, waiting lists, and table assignments efficiently.
• Control guest flow, minimizing wait times and optimizing occupancy.
• Communicate continuously with front‑of‑house and kitchen teams to ensure seamless service.
• Handle VIP bookings, special requests, and last‑minute changes with professionalism.
• Maintain accurate records of guest preferences, incidents, and reservation details.
• Support administrative tasks related to restaurant operations while ensuring confidentiality.

Required profile

• Education in Hospitality, Tourism, Food & Beverage or a related field.
• Training in customer service, protocol, or luxury hospitality is a strong advantage.
• Previous experience as a host/hostess, restaurant receptionist, or in customer‑facing roles.
