About the role
The Key Account Specialist – Immunology will act as the primary link between Johnson & Johnson and healthcare professionals in the assigned territory. Reporting to the National Sales Manager, the role focuses on promoting registered immunology products to physicians, pharmacists and other key stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets and increase market share for immunology products within the designated territory.
- Maintain accurate coverage of the territory and ensure full compliance with CRM reporting requirements.
- Conduct customer segmentation and tailor outreach tools and frequency to meet customer needs.
- Keep the customer database up‑to‑date and respond promptly to customer requests.
- Stay informed on disease areas, product information and competitor activities.
Required profile
- Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales, preferably in a specialized therapeutic area.
- Strong knowledge of immunology products and the healthcare market.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with physicians, pharmacists and other stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems for reporting and customer management.
