About the role
Hikma Pharmaceuticals is seeking a National Oncology & Hematology Sales Supervisor to lead a dedicated team in promoting oncology and hematology products across Morocco. You will be responsible for driving sales performance, building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a sales team focused on oncology and hematology product promotion.
- Achieve sales targets, market share goals, and key performance indicators.
- Deploy and monitor sales and marketing strategies in the field.
- Analyze team performance and identify growth opportunities for the product portfolio.
- Maintain strong relationships with oncologists, hematologists, retail and hospital pharmacists.
- Conduct regular field visits, providing coaching and support to enhance team capabilities.
- Contribute to the creation and execution of territory action plans.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards.
Required profile
- University degree in Medical Sciences, Life Sciences, or Business Management.
- Significant experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in oncology and/or hematology.
- Previous experience in team leadership, people management, or sales management.
- Strong leadership, coaching, communication, and negotiation abilities.
- Results‑oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
- Fluency in both French and English, written and spoken.
