Lead Qualifier

About the role

The Lead Qualifier supports sales growth by contacting assigned leads, qualifying prospects, and identifying revenue opportunities. This position focuses on outbound telephone outreach, re‑profiling multichannel customers, and ensuring accurate customer data while delivering high‑quality service.

Key responsibilities

• Call leads assigned through the sales management system following a daily calling plan.
• Qualify prospects, assess shipping needs, and uncover business opportunities.
• Re‑profile multichannel customers and identify candidates for rank‑up promotions.
• Generate qualified leads and forward them to the appropriate Sales Executive.
• Promote DHL products and services based on customer requirements.
• Maintain and update customer information in DHL databases.
• Clean and enrich lead databases with information gathered during calls.
• Collaborate with sales teams to support acquisition and revenue initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with DHL policies and achieve daily productivity targets.

Required profile

• Minimum BAC +2 or equivalent qualification.
• 1‑2 years of experience in customer service, sales support, telemarketing, or business development.
• Strong telephone communication and customer engagement skills.
• Fluent in spoken and written French.
• Passion for customer service and relationship management.
