Machine Operator

About the role

We are looking for a Machine Operator to join our production team and help deliver high‑quality packaging components. The role involves running routine machinery, measuring finished parts and ensuring production targets are met safely and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Operate routine production machinery according to prints and specifications.
• Carry out activities that produce the required quantity of parts within established tolerances.
• Measure finished parts with precision tools and verify compliance with functional, quality and cosmetic specifications.
• Maintain logs and records of units produced and report any errors or rejected pieces.
• Inspect equipment before use, perform basic adjustments and routine maintenance.
• Keep the work area clean, safe and orderly while following all safety regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Up to 2 years of relevant production experience.
• Willingness to follow directions and work well in a team.
• Ability to interpret job specifications for production machinery.
• Fundamental understanding of, or ability to quickly learn, production equipment.

Required skills
