About the role

NomadMoto Morocco is looking for an experienced, passionate, and multilingual Adventure Motorcycle Tour Guide to lead international riders on unforgettable journeys across Morocco’s diverse landscapes, from the Sahara Desert to the Atlas Mountains and coastal roads.

Key responsibilities

• Lead guided motorcycle tours across Morocco, covering both on‑road and off‑road routes.
• Ensure rider safety and provide on‑the‑spot support for mechanical or route‑related challenges.
• Share cultural, historical, and local knowledge with participants.
• Manage tour logistics, including accommodations, meals, and detailed route planning.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and create memorable experiences for all riders.

Required profile

• Fluent in English; additional languages such as French, Spanish or German are a plus.
• Proven experience as a motorcycle tour guide or in a similar tourism/motorcycle role.
• Advanced motorcycle riding skills for both on‑ and off‑road conditions.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively throughout Morocco, sometimes for tours lasting up to 12 days.
• Strong interpersonal skills, a passion for adventure travel, and knowledge of Moroccan culture and geography (highly desirable).
