Operations Executive

About the role

We are seeking a highly organized Operations Executive to lead daily tourism operations across Morocco. The successful candidate will coordinate bookings, liaise with suppliers and guides, and ensure every travel service meets our high standards, delivering an exceptional experience for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage daily tourism operations throughout Morocco.
• Handle tour bookings, hotel reservations, transportation, and activity confirmations.
• Communicate with suppliers, hotels, transport providers, and local partners to ensure smooth operations.
• Coordinate with tour guides and drivers regarding daily schedules and operational updates.
• Monitor ongoing tours and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Ensure all services are delivered according to company standards.
• Prepare daily operational reports and update booking systems.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Tour Operator or Operations Executive in the tourism industry.
• Experience in travel agencies, DMCs, or tour operators is mandatory.
• Applications from candidates with operations experience outside tourism will not be considered.
• Strong knowledge of tourism operations and destinations.
• Excellent English communication skills (French or Arabic is a plus).
