Operations Manager – English‑Speaking Activity

About the role

Foundever is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead an English‑speaking activity. You will be responsible for driving performance, quality and employee satisfaction while ensuring financial targets are met.

Key responsibilities

• Lead teams to meet and exceed business, client service, quality, financial and employee satisfaction goals.
• Recruit, select, induct and develop direct reports, ensuring talent attraction and retention.
• Manage Coaches who oversee daily activities of new hires during induction training.
• Monitor and proactively manage absenteeism and attrition across all teams.
• Implement actions based on employee satisfaction trends and continuously review them.
• Conduct client satisfaction surveys, develop action plans and manage client escalations related to operational performance.
• Prepare accurate forecasts and work schedules using client information and scheduling tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Management, Business Studies or a related field.
• Minimum two years proven experience as an Operations Manager.
• Full professional proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and customer relationship management skills.
• Availability to work 24/7 based on operational needs.
• Good computer literacy and solid knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
