Operations Manager – Telco Sales Account (Call Center)

About the role
The Operations Manager will lead the Telco Sales Account within our call centre, ensuring the program meets client KPIs, profitability targets and operational standards. This role is based in Casablanca and requires full‑time onsite presence.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain profitability of the account by meeting client‑defined KPIs, goals and targets.
- Ensure staffing ratios set by the company are upheld and that manpower matches forecasted call volume.
- Guarantee strict adherence to both company and client policies and procedures across the program.
- Recognise and reward top performers while managing disciplinary actions for under‑performance.
Required profile
- Fluent in French and English.
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Operations Manager in a sales‑focused environment.
- Ability to work 100 % onsite in Casablanca.
