Product Marketer

About the role

Charlie is looking for its first product marketing hire to shape the go‑to‑market strategy for a Shopify‑native fulfillment platform. You will work directly with the founders and product team, turning ideas into live campaigns and using AI as a productivity multiplier.

Key responsibilities

• Position the product by researching the market, competitors, and merchant needs, then crafting clear, differentiated messaging.
• Own go‑to‑market launches for new features, writing all related content such as posts, product pages, one‑pagers, and customer stories.
• Build and maintain a content engine across LinkedIn, the blog, and the Shopify App Store, ensuring consistent brand voice.
• Translate field feedback into product input, helping prioritize the roadmap.
• Support the sales team with compelling narratives, demos, and positioning.

Required profile

• Excellent writing ability to simplify technical concepts and engage audiences.
• Bias for shipping – you turn ideas into published work quickly without waiting for direction.
• Strong sense of brand and craft; your output looks polished and original.
• Comfort with marketing analytics, able to read acquisition, conversion, and retention data and act on insights.
• Fluent French and professional English for an international audience.
