Sales & Marketing Representative

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Representative to support the Area Marketing Manager in driving regional business growth within the heavy machinery sector. You will play a key role in identifying new customers, generating leads and strengthening relationships with existing clients.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Area Marketing Manager in achieving regional business targets.
• Identify potential customers and create new business opportunities.
• Generate and convert leads by maintaining and developing client relationships.
• Proactively reach out to clients, assess their needs and promote the company’s product portfolio.
• Recommend marketing tools to increase brand awareness and support customer acquisition and retention.
• Conduct market analysis, including trend monitoring, demand forecasting, competition assessment and risk identification.
• Maintain excellent customer relations and keep the client database up‑to‑date.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the heavy machinery or construction equipment industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in sales, communications, marketing, business administration or a related field.
• Strong negotiation, verbal and written communication abilities.
• Solid business acumen and the capacity to navigate complex organisational dynamics.
• Advanced proficiency in English (mandatory).
