Spa Supervisor

About the role

The Spa Supervisor will oversee daily operations of the spa and salon within The Ritz‑Carlton in Rabat, ensuring high‑quality guest experiences and smooth service delivery. This role combines guest interaction, staff coordination, and operational oversight in a luxury hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Advise employees on property information, policies, and service offerings, and answer guest inquiries about spa services and amenities.
• Confirm guest details and treatment schedules, monitor daily timelines, and communicate any last‑minute changes to providers.
• Promote and sell spa and salon services and retail products, and process requisitions for supplies and equipment.
• Inspect work areas, tools, and equipment for compliance with company standards and report maintenance needs to Engineering.
• Support management in hiring, training, scheduling, and coaching staff, while maintaining safety, confidentiality, and professional appearance standards.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum of two years of relevant work experience in a spa, salon, or hospitality setting.
• No prior supervisory experience required.
• No specific license or certification required.
