About the role
We are looking for a Tech Support Representative to join TELUS Digital’s customer experience team in Morocco. In this role you will assist enterprise and consumer customers of a leading internet brand, diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues while delivering exceptional service.
Key responsibilities
- Handle a wide variety of customer cases, providing accurate and timely technical assistance.
- Gather detailed information, reproduce issues, and apply troubleshooting methodologies to resolve problems.
- Prioritize client requests to minimize impact on operations and flag potential outages or widespread incidents.
- Document all interactions, steps taken, and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and follow up on unresolved issues.
Required profile
- Fluent in French (minimum 80% proficiency) and English (minimum 70% proficiency).
- Strong analytical mindset and results‑oriented attitude.
- High emotional intelligence and customer‑centric approach.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, work independently and as part of a team.
- Patience and willingness to perform extensive troubleshooting.
