Audience Development Specialist

About the role

Qanawat is looking for an Audience Development Specialist to manage, optimize and grow the digital presence of assigned partners and content creators across YouTube and Meta platforms. The role focuses on increasing audience engagement, content visibility, platform monetization and revenue through content strategy, channel management, data analytics and platform best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimize YouTube channels and Meta accounts
• Develop and execute content strategies to increase views, subscribers, followers, engagement and revenue
• Optimize video titles, thumbnails, descriptions, SEO, playlists and publishing schedules
• Manage YouTube Shorts, Facebook Reels, Instagram Reels and live streaming activities
• Monitor monetization performance and identify revenue-growth opportunities
• Coordinate content uploads, music releases, campaigns and channel branding with internal teams and partners
• Handle channel verification, account health, copyright claims and platform compliance
• Analyze performance through YouTube Studio, YouTube CMS and Meta Business Suite, providing regular KPI reports
• Stay up to date on platform algorithms, digital trends and AI tools

Required profile

• 2-3 years of experience in audience development, digital media or social media management
• Strong hands-on knowledge of YouTube, Facebook and Instagram, including analytics and monetization
• Understanding of YouTube SEO, Meta algorithms, copyright management and content optimization
• Experience managing music, entertainment or creator channels is an advantage
