Trade Marketing Manager

About the role

An FMCG company is looking for a Trade Marketing Manager in Casablanca to turn its brand strategies into effective execution at the point of purchase. The role works closely with Sales, Channel Managers, field sales teams, Brand Managers and Finance, and sits between brand strategy and what shoppers see in store.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement activation plans for existing ranges and new launches across traditional and modern trade
• Design and roll out promotions, tastings, in-store visibility and POS materials
• Build retailer loyalty programmes that drive rotation and sell-out
• Manage trade marketing budgets, field execution and return on investment
• Analyse sell-out and promo performance to continuously improve plans
• Brief and steer external agencies and ensure quality of execution on the ground

Required profile

• At least 5 years of experience in trade marketing, ideally in FMCG
• Strong understanding of both traditional and modern trade
• Proven track record managing budgets and measuring ROI
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business or equivalent
• Fluent in French, Arabic or English
