About the role
Arrow Enterprise Computing Solutions is seeking an English‑speaking Inside Sales Associate to support its growth in Morocco. You will engage customers, understand their needs, and propose tailored IT solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain sales records, update CRM data, and generate sales reports.
- Provide customers with information on Arrow’s products and services.
- Assess customer needs and recommend adapted solutions.
- Conduct Teams or phone meetings to demonstrate products, answer questions, and address objections.
Required profile
- Fluent English with excellent written and oral communication.
- Strong negotiation and sales abilities.
- Team player able to collaborate across departments.
- Fresh graduates are welcome.
