Remote Insurance Sales Representative (Life & Health)

About the role

Calls Experts is hiring an experienced Sales Agent for its remote team. This is a full-cycle insurance sales role: you receive inbound calls from qualified prospects interested in Life or Health Insurance, handle the conversation, overcome objections and close the sale. The schedule is full-time, 5 days a week, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern Time, with occasional weekend shifts paid as overtime.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from qualified prospects interested in Life or Health Insurance
• Handle each call, overcome objections and close the sale
• Work within sales targets and performance metrics

Required profile

• Experience in sales closing, inbound sales, insurance sales or full-cycle sales
• Proven ability to convert prospects and close deals
• Fluent English with a clear, professional accent
• Strong objection-handling and persuasion skills
• Comfortable working with sales targets and performance metrics

Required equipment and connection

• Laptop or desktop with CPU benchmark 6,000+, 12 GB RAM minimum, Windows 11 or Mac with M1 or newer
• USB headset
• Fiber optic internet with at least 30 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload; mobile hotspots, 4G/5G/LTE or Starlink are not accepted

What we offer

• Starting base pay of $3 USD per hour, rising to $5 USD per hour based on performance
• Performance bonuses of up to $1,000 USD per month
