About the role
Hudson Group, an international retailer and distributor active in sport and fashion wear, is hiring a Sales Assistant for its Tommy Hilfiger store at Morocco Mall. The position is full-time and involves customer service, sales support and shop upkeep.
Key responsibilities
- Liaise with clients across all sales areas with a personalised approach
- Meet set sales targets
- Stock, replenish and clean sales areas
- Process payments of various kinds
- Advise customers on products suited to their needs using specialist product knowledge
- Package goods professionally and handle customer complaints effectively
- Maintain attractive displays and keep the shop clean and tidy
- Count and balance the cash register and receipts, and stamp or attach price tags to verify accuracy against the price list
- Check inventory regularly, report discrepancies to the line manager and inform staff of stock needs
Required profile
- Fluent English communication
- Good organisational skills
- Patient, well-controlled and customer-focused attitude
- Flexible approach and ability to work shifts
