About the role

Hudson Group, an international retailer and distributor active in sport and fashion wear, is hiring a Sales Assistant for its Tommy Hilfiger store at Morocco Mall. The position is full-time and involves customer service, sales support and shop upkeep.

Key responsibilities

Liaise with clients across all sales areas with a personalised approach
Meet set sales targets
Stock, replenish and clean sales areas
Process payments of various kinds
Advise customers on products suited to their needs using specialist product knowledge
Package goods professionally and handle customer complaints effectively
Maintain attractive displays and keep the shop clean and tidy
Count and balance the cash register and receipts, and stamp or attach price tags to verify accuracy against the price list
Check inventory regularly, report discrepancies to the line manager and inform staff of stock needs

Required profile

Fluent English communication
Good organisational skills
Patient, well-controlled and customer-focused attitude
Flexible approach and ability to work shifts
