Responsibilities include advanced financial modelling (DCF, M&A, PPP), feasibility and bankability assessments, tariff and sensitivity analysis, and preparing investment memoranda. The consultant will conduct due diligence, ESG reviews, and collaborate with EPC/O&M and PPP concession agreements. Fluency in English and French is required, with Arabic as a valuable asset.
