Candidates must be responsive, patient, tech‑savvy, and possess strong communication and sales skills. Responsibilities include quick response to inquiries, guiding customers through setup or troubleshooting, and maintaining professional communication. Requirements: excellent English proficiency, customer service expertise, multitasking ability, basic technical knowledge, sales conversion capability, organized and solution‑oriented mindset, fast typing, and quick response. Working hours are 6 hours per day, 5 days a week, with rotating shifts starting at 8:00 AM. The position is fully remote and offers a competitive salary of 4,000–6,000 DH.
