About the role
The Four Seasons Hotel Rabat Kasr Al Bahr is seeking a motivated Food & Beverage Supervisor to join its luxury hospitality team. Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the outlet, ensuring that every guest receives exceptional service and memorable dining experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and support the service team throughout each shift.
- Coordinate daily activities, monitor service quality, and ensure compliance with Four Seasons standards and operating procedures.
- Lead, motivate, and develop team members, assisting with training and performance coaching.
- Handle guest requests, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate closely with the culinary department and other hotel areas to ensure seamless service delivery.
Required profile
- Strong leadership and communication abilities.
- Commitment to delivering high‑quality guest experiences.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, luxury hotel environment.
