About the role

Join Hilton’s finance team as a Finance Manager, leading financial operations across the hotel portfolio and ensuring the delivery of exceptional guest experiences through sound financial stewardship.

Key responsibilities

• Drive financial strategy and align operations with strategic goals to maximize profitability.
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and provide insights for business decisions.
• Advise hotel leadership, owners and asset managers with data‑driven recommendations.
• Build cross‑functional partnerships with Finance, Commercial, IT, Procurement, HR, Operations and regional finance teams.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and hotel policies, maintaining strong internal controls.
• Optimize financial reporting systems for accuracy, efficiency and transparency.
• Review and authorize sales, purchases, payroll and expense transactions.
• Lead, develop and retain a high‑performing finance team through performance management and professional development.
