Full-time Barista

About the role

Sable Beach House is looking for a friendly, full‑time Barista to join its vibrant surf‑house café in Agadir. You will be the face of the café, preparing a range of hot and cold beverages while creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests enjoying the beach, surf, yoga and local adventures.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare coffee, espresso‑based drinks and specialty beverages to high quality standards.
• Assist with basic food preparation and serve menu items.
• Take customer orders, handle payments and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Ensure the café meets hygiene and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver excellent customer service and a memorable guest experience.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a barista or in a hospitality café environment.
• Strong communication skills and a warm, engaging attitude toward guests.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, dynamic setting.
• Fluency in English; French or Arabic is a plus.
