About the role
The Housekeeping Team Leader will support the management of all cleaning functions for guest rooms and public areas at Hyatt Regency Taghazout. Working closely with the housekeeping department, you will help ensure that the hotel maintains Hyatt International’s brand standards and delivers a high‑quality experience for guests, employees, and owners.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in overseeing the cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms, corridors, and public spaces.
- Support the daily planning and allocation of housekeeping staff to meet operational needs.
- Monitor compliance with Hyatt brand standards and corporate strategies.
- Identify and address any issues affecting room quality or guest satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records and reports related to housekeeping activities.
Required profile
- Relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in hotel operations, preferably in housekeeping.
- Strong problem‑solving, administrative and interpersonal abilities.
