About the role
Join Veylinx as a People & Operations Intern and gain a behind‑the‑scenes view of how a fast‑growing tech company operates globally. Reporting directly to the COO, you will support HR, recruitment, and office functions while helping shape company policies.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with onboarding new team members across multiple international offices.
- Maintain the recruitment pipeline and ensure smooth candidate flow.
- Develop and update the internal knowledge base covering tools, policies, and processes.
- Handle day‑to‑day office tasks, travel arrangements, and logistics.
- Contribute to the creation of new company policies and template documents.
Required profile
- Current student or recent graduate, preferably in HR, business, or a related field.
- Highly organized with a passion for bringing order to complex environments.
- Able to juggle multiple HR, recruitment, and operational tasks independently.
- Discreet with confidential information and proactive in anticipating colleague needs.
- Strong written and spoken English; Dutch is a plus but not required.
