About the role
The Order Taker joins the Room Service team at Four Seasons Hotel Rabat Kasr Al Bahr. You will take guests' in‑room dining orders, communicate any special requests to the kitchen, and coordinate delivery to guest rooms while maintaining Four Seasons service standards.
Key responsibilities
- Answer telephone calls using courteous and efficient etiquette, gathering all information needed to process orders.
- Take in‑room dining orders from guests and accurately record special requests.
- Communicate guest orders to the kitchen and verify completed items against the original request.
- Coordinate timely delivery of food and beverage items to guest rooms with Room Service Servers.
- Ensure all orders comply with Four Seasons quality and service standards.
Required profile
- Reports to the Room Service Manager.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures accurately.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a courteous telephone manner.
