Receptionist – Front Desk Guest Services

About the role

Join Hilton’s award‑winning hospitality team as a Receptionist and be the first smile guests see. You will create memorable first impressions, manage smooth check‑ins and check‑outs, and act as a knowledgeable ambassador for the hotel and its surrounding area.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, verify reservation details, assign rooms, issue keys and provide welcome materials or bell‑service assistance.
• Process departures efficiently by confirming charges, handling payments, issuing receipts and using the point‑of‑sale system accurately.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of hotel offerings, room types, rates, promotions and local attractions to answer guest inquiries.
• Utilise up‑selling techniques to promote hotel amenities and maximize revenue.
• Respond promptly to guest requests, resolve concerns with care, and manage messages and communications effectively.
