Service Point Advisor (Tanger) – Part-time

About the role

Join DHL's Service Point team in Tanger as a part‑time Service Point Advisor. You will be the first point of contact for customers, delivering high‑quality service and promoting DHL's logistics solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Greet walk‑in customers, understand their shipping needs and provide prompt assistance.
• Promote and sell DHL products and value‑added services to meet revenue and shipment targets.
• Maintain accurate daily operations, including shipment processing, manifesting and cash handling.
• Handle customer enquiries, provide clear information on pricing, transit times and documentation, and resolve complaints effectively.
• Ensure compliance with Service Point procedures, safety standards and GSOP guidelines.
• Keep the Service Point stocked, equipment functional and identify opportunities for process improvement.

Required profile

• Minimum Bac+2 or equivalent qualification.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with a passion for delivering excellent experiences.
• Fluent in French (spoken and written).
• Good organizational skills and ability to manage priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Professional, presentable and customer‑focused attitude.
