Assistant Food & Beverage Manager

About the role

Join Hilton’s vibrant hospitality team as an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager. You will support daily operations across one or more dining outlets, ensuring memorable guest experiences and smooth service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in managing day‑to‑day food and beverage operations, including guest service, quality control, inventory, reservations, marketing, and reporting.
• Help develop and implement guest satisfaction strategies, monitor trends, gather feedback, and drive continuous improvements.
• Ensure food presentation meets high standards while monitoring cost and portion controls.
• Support team performance by providing training, scheduling, feedback and recognition.
• Participate in recruiting, onboarding and coaching new team members.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol regulations.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Experience with food and beverage operations, inventory management and cost control.
