Service Delivery Specialist – POS

About the role

Join HRS’s global service delivery team as a Service Delivery Specialist focused on Point‑of‑Sale (POS) solutions for the hospitality sector. You will implement and support a portfolio of food‑and‑beverage and other hospitality products across a selected region, helping hotels, restaurants, spas and fitness clubs modernise their operations.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in the support and implementation of POS, PMS and Spa solutions for hospitality clients.
• Handle inbound customer cases, triage, and manage both owned and escalated tickets.
• Stay up‑to‑date with new product releases and communicate changes to clients.
• Collaborate with subject‑matter experts on enhancement requests and development projects.
• Work with support and implementation teams to exceed service‑level agreements.
• Deliver user training sessions and other duties as assigned by management.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in support, installation or configuration of hospitality POS products (e.g., Simphony) or as an end‑user.
• Experience with competitive hospitality systems such as PMS, POS or Spa solutions is a strong advantage.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken) and the local language.
• Willingness to travel extensively for extended periods.

Required skills

• Simphony (or similar hospitality POS platform).
• Oracle PL/SQL (optional but beneficial).
