About the role

We are seeking a bilingual (English & French) Call Center Agent to work remotely on a full‑time basis, handling both inbound and outbound calls for the insurance market in the US and Canada.

Key responsibilities

Process inbound and outbound call traffic to qualify leads and make live transfers.
Qualify prospects and resolve client queries.
Prepare customer spreadsheets and maintain online records.

Required profile

Laptop/Desktop with minimum CPU score of 6000, at least 12 GB RAM, running Windows 11 or recent macOS.
Fiber‑optic internet connection and ability to work 8‑9‑hour shifts, 5 days a week in EST (9 AM‑9 PM).
Excellent command of English and French, with strong objection‑handling and persuasive skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced virtual environment, strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

What we offer

USD 700 basic monthly salary.
Potential bonuses up to USD 500 per month.
