About the role
We are seeking a bilingual (English & French) Call Center Agent to work remotely on a full‑time basis, handling both inbound and outbound calls for the insurance market in the US and Canada.
Key responsibilities
- Process inbound and outbound call traffic to qualify leads and make live transfers.
- Qualify prospects and resolve client queries.
- Prepare customer spreadsheets and maintain online records.
Required profile
- Laptop/Desktop with minimum CPU score of 6000, at least 12 GB RAM, running Windows 11 or recent macOS.
- Fiber‑optic internet connection and ability to work 8‑9‑hour shifts, 5 days a week in EST (9 AM‑9 PM).
- Excellent command of English and French, with strong objection‑handling and persuasive skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced virtual environment, strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
What we offer
- USD 700 basic monthly salary.
- Potential bonuses up to USD 500 per month.
