About the role
We are looking for a bilingual French‑English Customer Care Agent to join a prestigious coffee brand. The role operates on a night shift (13:00‑04:00) and involves handling inbound calls, emails and chat messages while delivering top‑class service.
Key responsibilities
- Manage customer interactions across phone, email and chat channels.
- Represent and promote the brand’s image, products and services.
- Provide accurate information on product categories, sales conditions and legal obligations.
- Follow company security, confidentiality and procedural policies.
Required profile
- Advanced proficiency in French (C1) and English (C1), both written and spoken.
- Strong interpersonal communication and empathy.
- Customer‑oriented attitude with active listening and courtesy.
- Ability to work night hours and handle varied customer requests.
