About the role

We are looking for a bilingual French‑English Customer Care Agent to join a prestigious coffee brand. The role operates on a night shift (13:00‑04:00) and involves handling inbound calls, emails and chat messages while delivering top‑class service.

Key responsibilities

Manage customer interactions across phone, email and chat channels.
Represent and promote the brand’s image, products and services.
Provide accurate information on product categories, sales conditions and legal obligations.
Follow company security, confidentiality and procedural policies.

Required profile

Advanced proficiency in French (C1) and English (C1), both written and spoken.
Strong interpersonal communication and empathy.
Customer‑oriented attitude with active listening and courtesy.
Ability to work night hours and handle varied customer requests.
