About the role
The Chef de Rang will deliver an expertly served beverage and dining experience at Four Seasons Resort Marrakech, anticipating guest needs and providing detailed menu knowledge.
Key responsibilities
- Serve food and drinks with precision and courtesy.
- Maintain high standards of table setting and presentation.
- Present menu items and wine list, answering guest questions.
- Take orders accurately and relay them to kitchen and bar teams.
- Handle billing and payment transactions.
- Ensure cleanliness of the dining area and respond promptly to guest requests.
Required profile
- Previous experience in fine‑dining service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Polished appearance and professional demeanor.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced luxury environment.
Required skills
- Operation of point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
- Knowledge of wine service and menu presentation.
