About the role

Join Concentrix's customer experience team in Marrakech, providing English‑language support via phone, email and chat. You will resolve inquiries, handle complaints and build lasting customer loyalty.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries across multiple channels (phone, email, chat).

Required profile

• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
