High Voltage Electrical Engineer

About the role

GROUPE-CRIT is hiring a High Voltage Electrical Engineer (H/F) in Kenitra, within its automotive sector, under a permanent CDI contract. The engineer oversees the high-voltage electrical systems of the manufacturing facility, from day-to-day operation to commissioning and maintenance.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operation, installation and full management of high-voltage electrical systems across the manufacturing site.
• Ensure all HV equipment and procedures comply with international standards and internal regulatory protocols.
• Lead electrical commissioning phases, direct scheduled maintenance programmes and carry out complex troubleshooting to minimise downtime.
• Act as the main technical liaison between internal engineering teams, external contractors and technical partners on key electrical projects.
• Drive continuous improvement to upgrade and scale the electrical infrastructure as production grows.

Required profile

• Engineering degree (master's or equivalent) in Electrical Engineering, Electrotechnics, Power Systems or a closely related field.
• Proven experience working directly with high-voltage electrical systems, preferably in a heavy industry, manufacturing or energy setting.
• Full professional proficiency in English; French is highly advantageous.

Required skills

• Deep knowledge of electrical safety guidelines and HV equipment lifecycle management.
• Understanding of industrial power distribution.
• Strong analytical problem solving, project coordination and cross-functional communication.
