Hotel OS&E Procurement Manager

About the role

We are seeking a technically strong, detail‑oriented Procurement OS&E Manager to lead the end‑to‑end sourcing of Operating Supplies & Equipment for ultra‑luxury hospitality projects. The role bridges design, operations and logistics to deliver high‑quality, brand‑aligned OS&E packages, especially in complex and remote locations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute OS&E procurement strategy aligned with brand standards and budgets.
• Manage sourcing, supplier negotiations and cost‑optimization initiatives.
• Own budgets, monitor spend, and identify risks and savings opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with design specifications, operational requirements and regulations.
• Oversee logistics, delivery and installation across multiple projects.
• Support pre‑opening activities and ensure smooth operational handover.
• Serve as primary liaison with operators, hotel brands and suppliers.

Required profile

• Relevant degree in Hospitality, Supply Chain, Procurement or a related field.
• 10‑15 years of OS&E procurement experience in luxury hospitality.
• Proven experience with high‑end hotel brands.
• Strong budgeting, negotiation and pre‑opening expertise.
• International sourcing and logistics experience.
• Fluent English; Spanish or Portuguese a plus.
