Learning Executive – Training & Development Lead

About the role

The Learning Executive will support Hyatt Place Taghazout Bay in fostering a culture of continuous learning that aligns with the hotel’s mission and values. You will be responsible for planning, delivering, and communicating training initiatives that enhance employee performance and guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Drive company values and philosophy through targeted learning programs.
• Ensure all training activities are strategically linked to the organization’s mission and vision.
• Plan and communicate a monthly training calendar to the team.
• Deliver standard training modules according to hotel requirements.
• Design programs identified in the annual training needs analysis.
• Maintain and update the learning & development communication board for all employees.
• Assist with implementation and communication of hotel policies and procedures.
• Source and liaise with external institutions for appropriate external programs.
• Provide career counselling, including training recommendations and cross‑training opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Talent Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in developing, implementing, and administering training programs.

Required skills

• Excellent communication skills.
• Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken.
