About the role
As an Outlet Manager you will support the hotel’s financial goals by assisting Food and Beverage management in the daily operations of the restaurant and other F&B and banquet areas. You will ensure the highest product and service standards to drive guest satisfaction, revenue and profitability.
Key responsibilities
- Assist F&B management with daily restaurant and banquet operations.
- Monitor product and service quality to maintain guest satisfaction.
- Help maximize revenues and profitability through cost control and upselling.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years supervisory or management experience in Food & Beverage.
- Friendly, customer‑centric attitude with strong communication skills.
- Fluency in both French and English.
