Remote French Bilingual Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are looking for a motivated French‑English bilingual professional to join our remote customer support team. You will be the first point of contact for French‑speaking customers, helping them resolve issues via phone and live chat while delivering a friendly, solution‑focused experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, courteous support in both French and English through calls and chat.
• Troubleshoot order, product, and technical issues with a calm, solutions‑first approach.
• Document every interaction accurately in our CRM system.
• Identify recurring problems and share insights to improve processes.
• Collaborate with team leads and peers to stay aligned on priorities and best practices.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Strong empathy, active listening, and clear communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a quiet home office.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, or Shopify (or similar support tools).
• Familiarity with e‑commerce platforms and CRM systems.
