Remote French Bilingual Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are looking for a motivated French‑English bilingual professional to join our remote customer support team. You will be the friendly voice and chat partner for French‑speaking customers, helping them resolve issues, track orders, and get product information.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, courteous assistance via phone and live chat in both French and English.
• Troubleshoot customer problems with a solutions‑first mindset.
• Document every interaction accurately in our support system.
• Identify recurring issues and share insights to improve processes.
• Collaborate with team leads and peers to stay aligned on priorities.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Calm under pressure and focused on delivering solutions.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias.
• Experience with Zendesk.
• Experience with Shopify.
