About the role
We are seeking a Restaurant Director to lead the launch of a new contemporary Italian‑Moroccan restaurant in the Rabat area. The project is backed by a leading Moroccan business group and includes a clear expansion plan.
Key responsibilities
- Operational management and service supervision
- Monitoring KPIs, food cost, labour cost and financial performance
- Managing, training and developing a team of 20‑25 people
- Ensuring customer experience and service quality
- Driving business development and achieving targets
- Collaborating with the management team on project evolution
Required profile
- Solid experience managing structured restaurants, restaurant chains or organized food & beverage groups
- Strong business and profitability mindset
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to engage and motivate teams
- Entrepreneurial approach and results orientation
- International experience is a significant plus; prior experience in Morocco, the Middle East or other international markets is advantageous
