About the role

We are seeking a Restaurant Director to lead the launch of a new contemporary Italian‑Moroccan restaurant in the Rabat area. The project is backed by a leading Moroccan business group and includes a clear expansion plan.

Key responsibilities

Operational management and service supervision
Monitoring KPIs, food cost, labour cost and financial performance
Managing, training and developing a team of 20‑25 people
Ensuring customer experience and service quality
Driving business development and achieving targets
Collaborating with the management team on project evolution

Required profile

Solid experience managing structured restaurants, restaurant chains or organized food & beverage groups
Strong business and profitability mindset
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to engage and motivate teams
Entrepreneurial approach and results orientation
International experience is a significant plus; prior experience in Morocco, the Middle East or other international markets is advantageous
